Graduated from La Habra High in 2010; BA in marketing from Cal State Fullerton in 2012.
Hiked the 2,200-mile Appalachian Trail in 2013.
Moved to Balboa Island and
joined Coldwell Banker in 2014
Founded Balboa Island Estates as a broker in 2021.
Launched Beach Day Property Management in 2024.
A Slice of Life
In moments of reflection on my career, I look back and realize I would not be where I am today without the support of my dad. He had been in real estate since the late '80s and had his share of highs and lows in the business.
A decade later, I don’t call him for the small stuff anymore or the technical components. However, I often think about the way he treated his clients when I was growing up.
He would sometimes take calls in the evening while pacing back and forth in the front yard on the phone. We would be vacationing over the weekend in the camper at Huntington, and he would drive into Los Angeles on his days off to show property.
The modern real estate landscape is driven by flashy videos, big numbers, and hard-pressing salespeople. Taking a step back from all of that, I want to deliver a service that is approachable and relatable without the distractions. Conversations should be simpler, pricing should be clear, and your needs should be the priority.
